Weekend Trip to St. George

For the holiday weekend we took a spontaneous group trip to St. George. On Monday night we were talking with the Crawley's and O'Brien's about the upcoming holiday, and how we desperately wanted to get out of the cold weather... and on Friday we drove down to St. George! It was so great!!! Warm, sunny, and lots to do and see.

We spent the first few days exploring St. George. The boys went golfing, and the girls did some vintage window shopping... as well as some real shopping. We went swimming, played tons of games, and ate lots of good food. We also went to the St. George Temple! It was so gorgeous and white! After seeing the temple we rode bikes and watched the Patriots vs. Broncos and the 49er's vs. Seahawks  - I'm definitely rooting for the Broncos during the Superbowl.

On our final day there we went to Zion National Park. I had never been before, and was SO amazed by the gorgeous rock formations. Because we were on schedule to get back to Provo at a decent hour we decided to do a quick hike to all three of the Emerald Pools and drive The Tunnel. Both were so incredible and the park was the perfect end to our awesome weekend!

Check it out!
P.S. - I just added some new pictures from Jani's new Canon SLR! :)
